This original abstract watercolor painting I created at the end of 2001, when I started picking up my paint brush after I just settled down in North California. It is 19.75"x12.5" on a 24"x18" watercolor paper.
Xueling Zou, is an award-winning, Chinese American self-taught artist living in California, from an artist family in Beijing. Passion for art, painting by heart from studio to outdoors, she creates visual stories in oil and watercolor using composition, color, and form inspired by different cultures, literature and nature. Her works have been exhibited nationally and collected internationally.
